PRENOTAZIONE:

Disponiamo di due appartamenti, uno prenotabile anche tramite Booking.com. In ogni caso, ti chiedo la cortesia di comunicare in anticipo l'orario in cui prevedi di arrivare. Puoi inserire questa informazione direttamente nel messaggio al momento della prenotazione, o contattarci direttamente utilizzando i recapiti riportati nella conferma della prenotazione o QUI.

PAGAMENTO ANTICIPATO E CANCELLAZIONE:

Per le prenotazioni tramite Booking.com trovi tutte le informazioni sul loro sito.

Per prenotare direttamente con noi puoi pagare in anticipo con un bonifico del 30% dell’importo che ti verrà restituito per intero se cancelli la tua prenotazione entro le 48 ore prima della data di arrivo. Oltre le 48 ore ti tratterremo il 50% dell’importo.

CHECK-IN:

L’orario in cui è possibile effettuare il check in va dalle 15.00 alle 20.00. Però, possiamo organizzarci anche per eventuale altro orario ma solo comunicando via mail in anticipo le tue esigenze. Troveremo il modo di venirti incontro.

CHECK-OUT:

L’orario del check out è dalle 9.00 alle 10.00.

INFO:

Non possiamo disporre di letti aggiuntivi oltre quelli già presenti negli appartamenti.

DIVIETI:

Non è permesso fumare nè organizzare feste ed eventi.

 
 

BOOKING:

We have two apartments, one of which can also be booked through Booking.com. In any case, I kindly ask you to communicate in advance the time when you plan to arrive. You can enter this information in your message at the time of booking, or contact us directly using the contact details listed in the booking confirmation or HERE.

PREPAYMENT AND CANCELLATION:

For any reservation through Booking.com, you will find all information directly on www.booking.com.

If you prefer to book directly on our website, you can pay in advance with a bank transfer of 30% of the amount. If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours before the arrival time, the entire amount will be given you back. Beyond 48 hours, we will hold 50% of the amount paid.

CHECK-IN:

You can check in from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. But, if you make sure to communicate your late arrival in advance by mail, we can meet your needs and be of any help for you.

CHECK-OUT:

You can check in from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

INFO:

We can’t supply any further beds or cots apart from those already available in the apartments.

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:

Smoke anywhere in our property, organize events or parties.
